The french pâtisserie, founded 1862, opened in may 2011 a new shop abroad, this time in NYC! Like sugar dissolves in water, another parisian jewel chooses deliberately to become a chain in a globalized world…
Ladurée loses the lead to Gérard Mulot, followed by Pierre Hermé in Secret Paris Ranking.
BUT!… if Secret Paris takes you to the left bank of the Seine, ask Chris Lomon for a pause at the outstanding salon de thé Ladurée. A marvel!
